Many of you have been asking questions about the children that Elie mentions in his narrative. Some of you cannot believe that trucks of infants and children were thrown in the crematorium. For this assignment you are to read the two short stories about two of the 1.5 million children that were murdered. You are to compare and contrast the stories and relate it to Elie's narrative.

Directions: Read both stories. Compare and contrast the stories to Elie's narrative in at LEAST two paragraphs.
Questions to keep in mind:
- How was this child murdered?
- What happened to the child?
- What camp was he/she in?
- What happened to his/her family?
- How are these children similar and/or diffferent from Elie?
- Keep in mind their experiences. (Hint! Hint! The experiences are very similar.)
Don't forget to answer these questions in a paragraph form. =)
